I just wanted to write to thank you for the great service that I have received from your company this week. I ordered 2 pairs of Jeans last Monday which I received the following day, less than 24 hours after I placed the order. I had unfortunately ordered the incorrect sizes so completed the returns form and returned the goods. Amazingly I have just received the replacement within 48 hours of my posting the goods. It’s rare to receive service like this, and I thank your team for turning around my order so quickly.

I would like to thank you for putting together the suit for my son. As you know he is 6' 5" tall with a 29 inch waist and an inside leg of 38". The trousers are perfect length with just a belt to keep them up. The jacket did need taking in at the back, as we discussed, which a friend did for us because he used to be a tailor. It looks brilliant on him and he is really happy with it. Aside from the that I am really pleased with the quality of the material and the cut of the cloth. It looks quite trendy for a 6th former and the lining colour is quite funky. He is able to hang up the trousers after wearing them as there are no creases at all. Given I was looking to a bespoke option at £700 you have saved the day and provided a much more cost effective option which really works well.

To whoever pats people on the back !! I rang recently after being let down by another company,about a waterproof coat I needed to take to the Isles of Scilly with me . I AM EMAILING TO COMMEND YOU ON YOUR SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I ordered a ben sherman t shirt on thurs 20th may. I needed it for sat 22nd. I told the lovely lady that my partners actual chest size was 54" and asked her advice on what size to order as there was no size chart available. She guessed that he would need a 4XL. Unfortunately, when it arrived on fri 21st it measured 62" and was far too big. I rang again and got the most helpful chap who, when i explained that i needed it for the next day, immediately got a tape measure and physically measured the t shirt for me and sent me a 2XL 1st class mail to be sure that we got it on sat 22nd. It arrived the next morning and was a perfect fit. Can the Manager please be made aware of his competent staff and that because of them i will not only use you again but will recommend you to others. A pat on the back for the chap that went above and beyond !
