Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers may be purchased in fixed amounts of £5, £10, £25, £50 and £100 or in any value of your choice.
The Gift Voucher, in the form of a unique voucher number, will be forwarded to you both at the time of purchase in the customer order confirmation e-mail and also by first class post.
In Step 2 of the payment process, if the only item purchased is a Gift Voucher, select 'Gift Voucher(s) ONLY' as the shipping option to avoid postage costs. If the purchase includes any other item(s), select an appropriate shipping option other than 'Gift Voucher(s) ONLY'.

Redemption of Gift Vouchers

Gift Voucher(s) may be used as either full or part payment for goods ordered. If the value of the goods selected is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance is retained against the unique Gift Voucher number, for use at a later date. If the value of the goods purchased exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the difference is paid by debit/credit card in the normal way.

To use a Gift Voucher as either full or part payment of an order, enter the unique Gift Voucher number into the 'Do you have a Promotion Code or Gift Voucher' box and select 'Apply Code' in Step 4 of the payment process. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and only redeemable against online orders.
