Buying gift vouchers for friends and family

Gift vouchers for tall clothing are a great gift: big jeans, XXL T shirts, size 15 footwear… your gift will be appreciated.

Gift Vouchers for XL men’s clothes and footwear can be bought for the following amounts: £5, £10, £25, £50 and £100  - or in any combination of those amounts.

Please note in Step 2 of the payment process, if you are only buying Gift Voucher(s), select 'Gift Voucher(s) ONLY' as the shipping option to avoid postage costs. If the purchase includes any other item(s), select an appropriate shipping option other than 'Gift Voucher(s) ONLY'.

You and recipient of the big men’s Gift Voucher will receive a unique voucher number by e-mail and first class post as part of our order confirmation process.

Redemption of Gift Vouchers

You can use Gift Voucher(s) as full or part payment for any goods.

To use a Gift Voucher as either full or part payment of an order, enter the unique Gift Voucher number into the 'Do you have a Promotion Code or Gift Voucher' box and select 'Apply Code' in Step 4 of the payment process. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are only redeemable against online orders for big and tall men’s clothing and footwear.

If the value of the goods selected is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance is retained against the unique Gift Voucher number, for use at a later date. 

If the value of the goods purchased exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, you’ll need to pay the difference by debit/credit card in the normal way.

International Customers

Vouchers purchased in currencies other than sterling refer to their sterling price, so your voucher value may differ at the time of redemption in accordance with movements in currency exchange rates.
