About Big Tall Order.....

Over the years we have become increasingly frustrated at our inability to buy good quality fashionable clothing at affordable prices, and, like others, have been forced to pay the extortionate prices charged by high street retailers.

As a result of this we decided to do something to change the situation and started The Big Tall Order Clothing Company Limited.
Our sole aim is to sell high quality big and tall mens clothing at reasonable prices. We only sell on the internet and our size range is 2XL to 6XL in both fashion and more formal wear. Our extra length mens trousers and jeans are sized from 32" waist to 44" waist with 38" inside leg length.
Our larger size trousers and jeans are sized up to 60" waist with leg lengths of 29" to 34".
We charge one price for all garments of the same style and colour, there is no extra charge for larger sizes.
Only available sizes are shown on the web site. If an item is not in stock you won't be able to buy it!
All orders received before 2pm are despatched the same day.
Our 'no quibble' returns policy allows you to return goods within 14 days for either replacement or a full refund.
From time to time we will include special offers that we consider are exeptional value and will run exclusive e-mail subscriber promotions.
We also stock and offer a range of accessories such as underwear, belts etc to provide that 'one stop shop'.

FRANK

Frank is 5'10" (1.77m) tall and wears 6XL. He is an aeronautical technician by profession. Frank is typical of our larger customer and we appreciate that big men prefer to see big clothing modelled by a big man rather than the average size person.

Frank can be seen wearing our latest ranges, proving that the bigger the man - the better the look!

Making a purchase.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse the site, select your items and place them into your shopping cart. After you have finished making your selections, go to the checkout and check your purchases. You will then be taken to our PROTX secure payment site where your payment will be processed. This site uses 128 bit encryption. No card details are seen or held on this web site.

Misrepresentation

We make every effort to describe our garments accurately but we do exclude liability for variations that are beyond our control. We have tried to ensure that the colour photographs reflect the true colours of the garmenrts accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor will show the true colour of the products.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time by e-mailing us, or by phoning us or writing to us.We will send you a refund within 10 days of you cancelling the order. If the goods have already been despatched customers are asked to return them unopened within ten days of receipt prior to a refund being given.

Prices

All prices are shown in UK Sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Cleared payment is required before goods are despatched.
