Making a purchase.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse the site, select your items and place them into your shopping basket. After you have finished making your selections, go to the checkout and check your purchases. You will then be taken to our PROTX secure payment site where your payment will be processed. This site uses 128 bit encryption. No card details are seen or held on this web site.
We only operate a next day delivery service.
Goods ordered before 2pm on Monday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on Tuesday.
Goods ordered before 2pm on Tuesday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on Wednesday.
Goods ordered before 2pm on Wednesday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on Thursday.
Goods ordered before 2pm on Thursday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on Friday.
Goods ordered before 2pm on Friday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on Monday.
Goods ordered after 2pm will normally be dispatched the following day but we will make every effort to dispatch goods on the day of order wherever possible.
No goods will be dispatched on Bank Holidays.
Goods ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm on the following Tuesday.
Misrepresentation
We make every effort to describe our garments accurately but we do exclude liability for variations that are beyond our control. We have tried to ensure that the colour photographs reflect the true colours of the garmenrts accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor will show the true colour of the products.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time by e-mailing us, or by phoning us or writing to us.We will send you a refund within 10 days of you cancelling the order. If the goods have already been despatched customers are asked to return them unopened within ten days of receipt prior to a refund being given.
Prices
All prices are shown in UK Sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Cleared payment is required before goods are despatched.
