Delivery Information

Despatch/Delivery

For deliveries and returns to the United Kingdom Mainland, we use as Business Post as our courier. Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery by 5.30pm (UK Mainland Only). Orders must be received by 3pm (Monday to Friday) to ensure same day despatch. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. There is no delivery on weekends or Bank Holidays. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a different delivery address if you will not be in a position to sign for your delivery. In the event of you deciding to have the consignment left at your address unsigned for, Big Tall Order will not be held responsible for its safety. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Where free postage has been allowed on orders over £95.00, any returned goods that bring the total goods retained to less than £95.00 will incur a deduction of the appropriate postage costs.
PLEASE NOTE: International shipping costs are estimates, and you may be required to pay extra shipping if necessary.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us together with your receipt and contact details within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We advise you to obtain 'proof of posting' (recorded delivery) when returning goods and that you return items by Royal Mail or other suitable carrier.

The amount due will be credited to the card used for the initial payment. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. You are responsible for postage costs for returned goods. If you wish to exchange goods, please e-mail us with the details in order that the goods can be reserved for you.

Goods returned must be:

(a) unworn and unwashed,
(b) in the original packaging, shoe boxes MUST NOT be used as the outer packaging when returning them to us.
(c) complete with all labels etc and
(d) in a condition that makes them fit for immediate re-sale.

If any returned goods do not meet these rigorous standards, no refund will be given.

If you return goods with a request for a refund, you will be responsible for the postage costs from you to us. If the goods are faulty, we will refund your postage costs. If goods are returned as unwanted and a refund requested we will ONLY refund the cost of the items and NOT the postage.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are not able to exchange underwear or swimwear.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time by e-mailing us, by phoning us or writing to us.We will send you a refund within 10 days of you cancelling the order. If the goods have already been despatched, customers are asked to return them unopened within ten days of receipt prior to a refund being given.
